Phoenix S. Ayotte, a former military spouse and dedicated advocate, has served her clients and the public since she graduated cum laude from law school in 2007.  Before becoming a trial lawyer, her background was in business administration and she's owned and run multiple successful small businesses- including as Chief Operating Officer/General Counsel for a prominent business.

Phoenix has facilitated real estate settlements since 2020, and was formerly managing attorney for a national title company. The real estate and title industry were a welcome and delightful change from her former grind in the courtroom and trial work.

 

Not only does she love the nitty-gritty of individual transactions, she is a generous and enthusiastic educator. Therefore, she continuously creates courses and informative content for real estate agents, fellow attorneys, students, and lay people, for CE/CLE and non-CE/CLE credit, mentors students and interns, and is an annual participant in judging mock trials and moot courts.
